In this talk, I will discuss our recent progress on variational variance maximization method for image processing. Also, the associated mathematical theory and applications including image decolorization and fusion are presented here.

报告人简介：    

       金正猛，博士，南京邮电大学理学院教授，博士生导师。中国兵工学会应用数学专委会委员，江苏省数学南京邮电大学学会理事，江苏省工业与应用学会理事。入选江苏省“333高层次人才培育工程”培养对象、江苏省“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师培养对象。长期从事非线性偏微分方程及其在图像处理中的应用研究，在SIAM Journal on Imaging Sciences、Journal of Mathematical Imaging and Vision、数学学报、应用数学学报、数学年刊等国内外重要学术期刊上发表论文40余篇，在科学出版社出版教材1部，主持国家自然科学基金项目2项和省高校自然科学基金项目2项。2021年获江苏省工业与应用数学学会“青年科技奖”，2017年获江苏省教学成果二等奖、南京邮电大学教学成果一等奖。
